Sony Ericsson, newly formed from a merger between Ericsson and Sonys mobile-phone divisions, presented six phones
The stunning P800 imaging phone and Z700 gaming were on display.
Nokia announced 5 new devices, including the 7210 - the companys first to use the Series 40 user interface. The 7210 is the successor to the 7110
Both the 3410 (entry-level) and the 3510 were also delivered at CeBIT.
Siemens introduced just one new phone - M50.
Motorola showed - its first 3G handset - the A820.
Toshiba announced its entry into the European phone-making sector its first GPRS handset
The European debut of i-mode took place at CeBIT 2002 - NTT DoCoMo showed off their products.
