The MOTO Q family grows up

Motorola today announced the expansion of its Q platform with the availability of MOTO Q q9 and MOTO Q gsm.

The second handset built on Motorola’s SCPL platform, MOTO Q q9 operates on the Microsoft Windows Mobile 6 platform, supports HSDPA connectivity. It is also has 256MG micro-SD card. It is quite thin, lightweightand ergonomically-optimized.

Original CDMA-based MOTO Q now has GSM twin brother - MOTO Q gsm. Motorola Q gsm is quad-band GPRS and EDGE capable device, as MOTO Q q9 based on Microsoft Windows Mobile 6 software and it is full of multimedia and messaging options.

Both MOTO Q q9 and MOTO Q gsm are also fully customisable, with over 300 applications optimised for Motorola and a full suite of accessories.
