Please i just bought a sendo s360 2weeks ago and discovered that the facility to check balance is not responding..each time i try to check my account balance it tells me “not available”..however,whenever i put my SIM card on any otrher fones,i always get my account balance…PLEASE WHAT DO I DO!!..its very frustrating! can somebody help me retify it?
